The effort is considerable and the processes for refining and assembling certain products, producing and assembling individual packaging and shipping to the relevant company locations or schools are as diverse as they are labor-intensive.

On the other hand, projects for the digitalization of schools, authorities or private companies are extremely interesting and highly complex. There are significant challenges in the technical and logistical fulfillment of such orders, especially with regard to available resources:

On the one hand, you usually have to deal with an unusually large total amount of products. This should be delivered decentrally and on time to many different locations after you have implemented the special requirements for the devices. 

Such requirements can greatly complicate your project, even if it is actually “only” about mobile devices. Here, too, the extra requests can range from physical device protection to the loading of images to clear security and assignment labels for the different batches and user groups. In many cases, the individual devices should also have an engraving or convey messages, for example with a logo, a text band or a special campaign sticker on the packaging.

If you want to plan, implement and deliver all of this on the set project dates, you need a wide range of support from various service providers, which is very time-consuming, and a maximum of coordination strength, because the schedule for such projects is usually very tight.
